I'm not happy with the coffee

We’re sorry you’re having trouble getting our pods to work. Please as a first instance read our how-to guide HERE. If you’re still having trouble, drop us a message and one of our customer care reps will get back to you. 

My capsule doesn't fit my machine

Please check your machine is compatible with the machines listed on the product page. If you’re still not able to get things working please message us and we can investigate a refund or exchange based on our refund policy. 

My order hasn't arrived

You should have been issued with a tracking number as soon as your order was shipped. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Also note that we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times due the COVID-19 situation. Please be patient and contact us if you’ve got any further questions.
